How do I schedule an appointment?

  • You can schedule an appointment through my contact form or by emailing me directly at nataliedoyletherapy@gmail.com.

Do you offer in-person and virtual therapy?

  • I currently offer virtual appointments via Zoom across California. My practice is based in San Francisco at The Marina Counseling Center (1781 Union Street, San Francisco, CA 94123); in-person appointments will resume in the future.

 

How long and how often are sessions?

  • Individual sessions are 50 minutes; I recommend 75-min sessions for couples sessions. Therapy works best on a weekly basis, as consistency is key as we do deeper therapeutic work and build our relationship.

What are your fees?

  • Individual sessions are $200 for 50 minutes; longer sessions are prorated accordingly. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for those with financial need - feel free to reach out to inquire.

Do you take insurance?

  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. Upon request, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their session, will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment.
