Welcome.
Iām Natalie, a psychotherapist in San Francisco offering therapy for adults and couples across California. My background includes a Stanford MBA with a focus on coaching, a decade in the corporate world, and experience as a birth doula. These experiences shape my grounded, relational approach and the support I offer for anxiety, identity shifts, relationship patterns, and major life transitions.
My therapeutic approach integrates multiple modalities, including psychodynamic, narrative, and internal family systems therapy, along with mindfulness and self-compassion practices. For couples work, I leverage the Gottman Method and emotionally focused therapy.
My style is warm, non-judgemental, and collaborative. I deeply respect the vulnerability it takes to engage in therapy and prioritize building safety and trust; I check-in with clients frequently and encourage feedback. I believe in the inherent capacity of individuals to heal and am honored to support you on your journey.
I look forward to meeting you and supporting you as you navigate your journey towards healing and growth.
