Individual Therapy
I work with clients to explore deeply-rooted patterns and navigate life transitions and relational challenges with greater clarity and authenticity. Individual therapy is a space to uncover blind spots, gain insight into your emotional life, and develop strategies to feel more steady, grounded, and connected — both to yourself and others.
Topics for individual therapy often include:
Managing anxiety, stress, and perfectionism
Strengthening personal boundaries
Understanding the impact of family-of-origin dynamics
Processing trauma and difficult emotions
Exploring questions of identity
Managing the transition to parenthood - from pregnancy through postpartum
Whether you’ve been in therapy before or are reaching out for the first time, you’re welcome here. Together, we’ll explore the underlying patterns in your life and work toward authentic growth and meaningful change.
Sessions are offered virtually across California.

My clients are predominantely adults who look like they have it all together - but feel like something is missing. I support clients in managing anxiety, navigating life transitions, and strengthening their relationships with self and others. My clients often identify as high achievers.
I also support folks navigating the transition to parenthood. I work with folks navigating the full spectrum of peri-partum experiences - from trying to concieve through pregnancy through post-partum.

My therapeutic approach integrates multiple modalities, including psychodynamic, narrative, and internal family systems therapy, along with mindfulness and self-compassion practices.
